Acclarion performs Feb. 11

Dr. Denison Secondary School welcomes Acclarion for a benefit concert Feb. 11.

The concert will raise money for the school's music department.

Acclarion performs classical, contemporary, folk and jazz.

Acclarion is comprised of David Carovillano and Rebecca Sajo.

Mr. Carovillano holds a masters in music performance at the University of Toronto and has performed on CityTV's Breakfast Television, Insight Productions' Ready or Not and HGTV's Design for Living. He has earned 140 awards.

Ms Sajo is completing her masters and is proficient on clarinet, bassoon, saxophone and flute. She has played with the National Youth Band, Toronto Symphony Youth Orchestra and the Toronto Philharmonica. She was also a musician for productions of Jesus Christ Superstar, Bye Bye Birdie and West Side Story.

The concert starts at 7:30 p.m. at Trinity Anglican Church, 79 Victoria St., Aurora. Tickets are $10, adults; $8, seniors; students, $5. Call 905-836-0021 for tickets.
